Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day.
We email you as soon as your order is on its way, with a tracking number. The delivery times below start from the day it leaves us. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Our 14-day guarantee
If you're not happy with your fragrance, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll swap it for another scent or refund you.
To start, email sumudltd@gmail.com with your order number and we'll confirm the next steps.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
